Job Description

Job Summary
The Ideal Candidate will come with a minimum experience of 5-7 years with good experience in Supply Chain and Logistics Management.
You will be responsible to control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure that our customers (Dealers/Distributors/Retailers) receive products on time.
You will oversee the below.
Warehouse Operations
Inventory Control & Stocking Strategies.
Material handling
Transportation and planning workers
Planning and Analysis of best Logistic practices.
Manage labor costs, personnel productivity and data accuracy.
Plan and implement overall supply chain strategy.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer service (Admins) team.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Work with Sales, Operations and Manufacturing teams to determine best Vendors for Distribution.
Practice and implement safety guidelines in Factory, Warehouses and at the time of transportation.
To implement SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
To oversee manufacturing operations in order to forecast orders and meet customer demands.
To implement and execute industry standard policies related to quality, safety and process improvements.
Keep detailed records, generate reports and implementing new technologies and staying alert to the new trends in the sector.
