Job Summary
A 35 years old architectural firm with offices in Trichy and Chennai requires an energetic, proactive and tech savvy HR-Administrative Executive. Job is at Trichy
Responsibilities and Duties
Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with phone calls and communication
Booking and planning travel, transport and accommodation
Preparing and sending mail communications and following up if need be.
Liaising with clients, staff, interns, vendors and consultants/ contractors
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
Preparing and documenting key meeting discussions, reports and presentations
Collating and filing expenses
Managing database and filing system
Multitasking effortlessly
Organizational and time management skills required for maintaining documentation, planning and scheduling meetings.
Maintaining confidentiality as would be handling sensitive employee & work related issues on a day –to-day basis

Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
